About the Role:

For our office in Milan we are looking for an Junior Controller- Primary & Specialty Care. The Junior Controller supports the Controlling division in the management of activities (e.g., management closures, development of periodic reports, analysis of financial and operational results, etc.) related to the business areas under his/her responsibility, in order to ensure the control of processes and the constant monitoring of the company's results against set objectives. In fact, in carrying out his/her activities, develops and maintains effective relationships with the different business areas of the Group in order to support them in the preparation of key financial documents and the management of budget, and in order to monitor and analyze their financial results.

Responsibilities:

- Supports, for specific business areas, activities related to the managerial closures and preparation of required reporting in accordance with Group principles and deadlines;
- Supports Managers and Business Units in the preparation of the annual budget, periodic forecasts, variance analysis, and medium/long-term economic and financial plan to support the Group's strategic planning;
- Analyzes key managerial phenomena and financial/operational results in order to monitor and measure the performance of specific business areas, with a focus on production costs;
- Supports the Manager in the development of Business Plan, with related profitability analysis, for new partners and new product developments;




- Ensures proper alignment between general accounting and analytical accounting, ensures that costs and revenues are reported correctly in the system;
- Supports specific business areas in managing the budget and using the company's management systems;
- Supports the Manager in project activities, identification of risks and opportunities, and evaluation of corrective action related to specific business areas;
- Contributes to the improvement of internal processes and in the efficiency of current reporting;
- Supports the Manager in the definition of guidelines, methodologies, tools and KPIs for the valuation of results achieved by specific business areas;
- Ensures the integrity of all financial accounts and compliance with accounting principles, internal policies and procedures;
- Supports stock enhancement activities and financial analysis of investments, if applicable;
- Supports the process of standard/actual production cost definition, product Cost of Goods Sold elaboration and Sales & Product margins analysis, collaborating with the Business Unit of reference and using appropriate accounting techniques, if applicable;
- Support the Manager on coordination of interdepartmental teams and external auditors to obtain the yearly Tax Credits, if applicable;
- Ensures compliance with the law and regulations in compliance with the provisions of the control model pursuant to and for the purposes of D. Lgs. 231/01 and the codes of conduct within own area of competence;




- Ensures compliance with legal requirements and procedures on occupational safety and hygiene as well as environmental protection within its area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor/Master's Degree in Management/Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; Experience in a similar role, preferably in the Pharmaceutical/Life-science sector.

Required Skills:

- Languages: Italian and English (fluent);
- Knowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office);
- Knowledge of SAP Software;
- Knowledge of Power BI is preferred;
- Knowledge of ITA GAAP and IFRS;
- Knowledge of general and industrial accounting principles;
- Knowledge of the following processes is preferred: Project Management & Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Product lifecycle management, Supply Chain/Product distribution;
- Knowledge of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulation and GxP procedures is preferred;
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical sector is preferred.
- Contract type: fixed-term contract, governed by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Chemical-Pharmaceutical Industry (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico);
- Gross annual salary (RAL): starting from € 38.489,78 per year, determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and commensurate with the candidate's profile and experience, technical competencies, the level of autonomy and responsibility required for the role, and consistency with the company's remuneration;
- Incentive system: an economic incentive is provided based on the company's existing reward system;
- Benefits: access to the company canteen and the insurance coverage provided for by the CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico.
