We are looking for a motivated Sales Apprentice to join our team in Milan. brThe candidate will be trained to develop a dedicated commercial approach within the reference sector, gaining hands-on experience in B2B sales and business development. After a suitable training session, the candidate will be able to prospect target accounts for new business, generate and manage new leads, and support the team in developing new market segments. brThe candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager. brThe main task is supporting the sales team in the commercial development process, from lead generation to contract negotiation, within a structured apprenticeship program aimed at building strong sales foundations. brAutonomy and precision are required in carrying out assigned tasks, propensity to teamwork and professional relationship with clients and prospects, as well as initiative and flexibility. Essential Duties Responsibilities:
