In this quota-driven, client-facing role, you will lead/prospect consulting engagements that accelerate client outcomes. You'll partner with Client Executives to position and close professional services, shaping delivery strategy for complex programs. You'll engage senior stakeholders, articulate ROI, and wield Blueprint and AI-driven delivery concepts to drive platform adoption and transformation. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of sales, advisory, and delivery within Pega's consulting ecosystem.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Own and grow consulting revenue through proactive pipeline creation and direct selling of professional services
- Sell and position consulting offerings as a driver of Pega platform adoption
- Influence licence sales and shape delivery strategy across complex engagements with Client Executives
- Define, scope, and size consulting projects with clear value, commercial structure, and delivery approach
- Lead executive-level conversations on ROI, differentiation, and best-practice implementation
- Drive advisory-led engagements using Blueprint and Pega's delivery framework
- Collaborate with product, delivery,



and industry teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Build executive relationships with C‐suite leaders at major financial services or Telco accounts

Responsabilità

- 10+ years of experience in professional services sales, business development, or consulting
- Proven track record closing quota within enterprise environments
- Experience selling complex consulting engagements to senior decision-makers
- Experience supporting or leading large-scale digital transformation programs
- Skilled in scoping, sizing, and structuring consulting engagements with strong commercial judgment
- Proven ability to build executive relationships and influence strategic outcomes across multiple accounts
- Ability to operate in blended delivery models with partners and client teams
- Business level Italian and English language
