Voi Technology in Turin, Italy, is seeking a Site Manager to lead our fleet operations and warehouse teams. You will drive performance, safety, and efficiency across our Turin warehouse while collaborating with internal stakeholders on shift planning and SOPs.

Responsibilities include hands-on maintenance coordination, cost minimization, and acting as a safety role model. You will also liaise with 3PLs, landlords, staffing agencies, and support onboarding and training of new team members.
