Job Description

we are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist on a fixed-term contract to join our team at Rome Business School.

The selected candidate will ensure a smooth and high-quality student experience from the post-enrollment phase onward. They will act as the main point of contact for students’ non-academic needs, supporting both international and domestic students in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support students with on-boarding processes and student Journey
- Deliver welcome and orientation activities




- Manage communications via email, phone, and in person
- Coordinate with external providers, including housing, relocation, and other student services
- Organize events and engagement activities in collaboration with other teams
- Identify and manage student benefits and partnerships
- Monitor and support the student requests and provide regular reporting

Requirements

- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are considered a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast- paced, international environment
- Good IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of Rome and local services
