Imagine overseeing all property-related activities, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will conduct regular property inspections to maintain our high standards and compliance with regulations. As you engage with vendors and manage contracts, you will play a crucial part in supporting our site expansion projects. Your expertise will help us align real estate activities with project timelines while upholding health, safety, and environmental policies. /p /brh3How You’ll Make an Impact /h3 /brul /brliYou will oversee all day-to-day real estate activities at the Trento site, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. /li /brliConduct regular property inspections to maintain facilities to company standards and ensure compliance with regulations. /li /brliEnsure all site activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and legal requirements. /li /brliManage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring service level agreements are met. /li /brliSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes for all property-related expenses, while preparing regular reports on property status and financial performance. /li /br /ul /brh3What You Bring /h3 /brul /brliYou have 2-5 years of professional experience in corporate real estate or facility management. /li /brliEnglish B1 level is mandatory. /li /brliRegular stakeholder management with senior site leadership.



/li /brliBasic CAD understanding is a plus. /li /brliAvailability to travel to Veneto once a month. /li /brliWillingness to work in a 100% on-site position. /li /brliYou possess excellent financial acumen, including budgeting and financial analysis skills. The stated range is based on the Italian labour market. /p /brpWhere a role may be performed in multiple locations in Italy or abroad, compensation will vary depending on factors such as market conditions, including the local cost of living, as well as experience and qualifications.
