And while we are a truly global organization, we remain deeply rooted in the communities in which we operate and where our colleagues live and work. /ppWith industrial operations in nearly 30 countries, Stellantis could consistently exceed the evolving needs and expectations of consumers in more than 130 markets, while creating superior value for all stakeholders. /ppWe are looking for a talented and committed Fresh Graduate Engineer to play a Supervisor role in one of our plants located in Turin - Mirafiori. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pThe responsibilities of the Supervisor include but are not limited to the following: /pullithe achievement of daily production program with the highest level of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment; /lilidriving continuous improvement activities and ensures the highest skills develop. /li /ulpReporting to the Shift Manager of the Production Unit he/she is in charge, he/she is responsible for managing a team of Team Leaders and Line Operators for the segment of the production line he/she is responsible for. /ppHe/She is responsible for all indicators in his/her production area:
Quality, Safety, Production, People, Costs; he/she will monitor, analyze, and define efficiency strategies, including through deployment to his/her team leaders and through continuous improvement projects, in collaboration with supporting bodies (process managers, plant managers, etc.). /ppHe/She works from 6.00 am to 2.00 pm or from 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm or from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am on alternate weeks, in accordance with the assigned production shift. /ppHe/She must be willing to work 15, 18 or 20 shifts per week, totalling 40 hours per week, with days off on a rotation basis. /ph3Qualifications, Skills Experience /h3pThe ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences: /pulli1/2 years of experience in the specific or similar roles in a manufacturing plant is a plus /liliAnalytical approach /liliSense of responsibility; /liliAbility to learn and to work under pressure; /liliSense of initiative; /liliTechnical knowledge of production Assembly and Machining Processes and Products; /liliGood leadership skills. /li /ulh3Offer /h3ulliSalary range: from 36 K€ to 42 K€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /liliCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ulpAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
