Segula Technologies is seeking a Technical Delegate to join our team and support a major client. The role involves missions to accelerate vehicle repairs in the field, working with dealer shops and multiple vehicles as needed.

You will collaborate with engineering and other departments, complete CIR-A incident reports, and monitor lead times and visit reporting in customer systems to ensure service levels.
