In this role you help ensure AML/KYC compliance for onboarding and ongoing reviews within State Street’s Investment Services. You work closely with the Italy OFAC, AML, and KYC team to deliver timely, accurate KYC processes and documentation. You will monitor CDD files, support reporting, and help manage training on new tools and processes. This position offers hybrid work and a chance to contribute to robust client risk management and regulatory alignment. You will impact how we establish compliant client relationships across asset managers, asset owners, and official institutions.

- Perform KYC due diligence before account openings and during ongoing reviews
- Review and track CDD documentation for all clients
- Prepare necessary forms to support CDD
- Notify local management of operational issues
- Engage with other State Street offices to provide updates and deliver reports
- Meet KRI/KPI targets for KYC profile reviews and QA reviews; elevate as needed
- Supervise and review status reports for senior management
- Verify profiles for quality and required detail
- Manage training projects related to new tools, systems and processes
- Advanced knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and processes
- Intellectual curiosity for continuous AML/KYC learning
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills; meticulous record-keeping
- Ability to supervise staff and ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
