Reporting to the Director and representing the Hotel and Management, he will have to deal with: - Guarantee the full satisfaction and well-being of guests with a view to ensuring an excellent service in line with their personal and professional needs and lifestyle.
- Assist and support the Director in the commercial and promotional activities of the structure in the local area.
- Synergy work with Reception and other departments.
- Knowledge of Protel software, booking expert, vertical booking will be a preferential skill.
- Communication strategy aimed at building customer loyalty.
- Promotion of events organized by the structure.



Essential requirements are excellent standing and fluent knowledge of English and German. Furthermore, a significant knowledge of the local area and of the various permanent and temporary events linked to the world of culture, art and fashion is preferably required. **Salary**:
