- Offer a wide variety of pastries at the buffet, personalizing the customer experience
- Set up, enhance and restock buffets (600 to 1000 covers per service) or plate service in the bistronomic restaurant.
- Ensure quality of service, compliance with Club Med health and safety regulations, and upkeep of the property.
