ppIn this Operations Manager role, you will support site leadership to enhance revenue and cut costs while maintaining top-tier people management. You will oversee operational standards and profitability, drive standardization and continuous improvement, and lead a culture that prioritizes sustainability. You’ll monitor and strategize the operation’s span of control, align warehouse activities with customer needs, and role-model the company culture. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional leadership position in a fast‑paced logistics environment with a clear impact on customers and colleagues.
