ppInside the Global Application and Processes Department for MMKT, BD, Distribution HR this position reports to the Global delivery manager and is focused on Projects management and operations for Marketing solutions. /p h3Main Activities Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and deliver digital transformation solutions, following cutting edge standards and technologies; /li liDrive innovation and digital efficiency by integrating AI tools and technologies into project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and operations. /li liOptimisation and automation of business processes and the application landscape; /li liSupport existing business applications within the scope of application lifecycle management in coordination with the Business Solution Design team. /li liPromoting and encouraging the Innovations; /li /ul h3Project Management /h3 ul liFull lifecycle management of business solution projects; /li liSupervise RFI/RFP processes and tender documentation; /li liArchitect and optimize application landscapes with stakeholders; /li liManage solution roll‑outs to end users. /li liScout software and technologies to update ICT competencies; /li liAI Integration Strategy: Implement AI solutions to optimize project management, SDLC, and operational efficiency. /li /ul h3Application Maintenance /h3 pOversee ICT service quality, SOP compliance, and system integration,



including: /p ul liSLA‑based incident and ticket management; /li liUser lifecycle management (creation to closure); /li liFunctional and data change service requests; /li liAvailability monitoring and tool maintenance. /li liMaintain CMDB data for software solutions; /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor or Master degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering /li /ul h3Professional experience /h3 ul li3+ years relevant professional experience in a comparable position with focus on project management activities in an international company with a complex structure or in a consulting company /li /ul h3Additional knowledge /h3 ul liProven experience with AI tools and technologies /li liExperience on Database and SQL /li liNice to have: Experience with Salesforce /li liNice to have: Agile development methodology /li liNice to have: Data/processes integration between applications. /li /ul pThe selected candidate will be employed under Category C in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree N. 96/2026. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
