Our client is a dynamic and internationally oriented organization undergoing significant growth and transformation. To support its evolving business needs, the company is looking for an experienced HR Partner who will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, driving the people agenda and contributing to the development of a high-performing and collaborative culture.

Offerta

- Partner with leaders and managers on organizational design, workforce planning and people strategy.
- Provide guidance on performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Advise managers on employee relations and people management matters.
- Facilitate compensation and salary review processes.
- Contribute to workforce planning and headcount budgeting activities.
- Monitor and analyze workforce data to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Promote a culture of engagement,



accountability and continuous development.

Competenze ed esperienza

- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines.
- At least 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering roles within international and complex environments.
- Strong experience supporting leaders on organizational and people-related matters.
- Experience in workforce planning, talent management and change management initiatives.
- Good understanding of Italian employment law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in multinational, matrix or rapidly evolving organizations.
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or similar systems.
- Professional HR certifications are considered a plus.

This is a permanent contract offered under CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, Quadro level.

Location: Hybrid role based in Milan
