Position Description
We are looking for our new manager intern aspiring to lead projects, with a deep sense of accountability, and good organizational skills.
You are looking for a challenging opportunity to gain valuable skills in Entrepreneurship, Management and Leadership while having a lot of responsibilities?
You are keen on developing and leading a team and at the same time working on your own initiative and achieving multiple goals within deadlines. You embody a growth mindset and a proactive and dedicated approach.
This full-time internship takes place in Sicily and starts in August/October 2025.
Requirements
SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Good organisational skills
• Studies in Business, Economics or similar field
• Excellent English skills spoken as well as written
• Know how to prioritise tasks
• Analytical mindset
• Motivation to learn continuously and drive projects forward
• Strategic thinking skill
• Responsible and committed work attitude
• Prior work experience is an advantage
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in their work
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Assisting and supporting the CEO in various projects
• Strategic planning and organisation of teams
• Contribution to decision-making
• Leading projects and departments
• Corporate communications and problem-solving
• Managing our Project Management tool
