We are hiring a motivated Customer Care Agent (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team at MEININGER Hotels in Milano.

YOUR TASKS • Quickly and accurately process bookings for our guests • Be the first point of contact for our guests prior to their stay • Offer our guests additional services provided by MEININGER or our partners • Process payments, handle cancellations and manage complaints • Adjust room distribution across all MEININGER locations to optimize occupancy • Work in close collaboration with other departments: Revenue, Sales and Group Sales • Opportunities to explore other department such as Group Sales.
YOUR PROFILE We offer training but it would be nice for you to have: • Professional training and min. 1 year experience in hospitality or service center • Living in Berlin/Milan • Strong customer orientation,
