You serve as a trusted advisor to senior Operations leaders, translating business priorities into compliant, people-centered strategies. You will manage EU-wide risk, regulatory compliance, and change initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to scale impact. including site visits and pilot-testing with local ER partnerships /li liNavigate EU labor legislation changes and advise on compliance implications for strategic projects /li liLead through influence during organizational changes and crises with coordinated, legally sound responses /li liDrive coherence across diverse populations with tailored approaches under a pan-EU framework /li liPartner with PxT, Legal, LD, GOLD, and Operations Corporate teams to build capability and cohesive experiences across touchpoints /li liEU multi-country experience in Employee Experience or Labor Relations /li liFluency in English (C2) /li liProven track record building advisory relationships with executive stakeholders (Director level+) /li liExperience leading organizational change across multiple countries in a complex, matrixed organization /li liAbility to use data and business metrics to inform EXR strategy and recommendations /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
