Responsabilità

- Analyse the economic sustainability of proposals for the recruitment of new Financial Advisors and prepare the cost sheet to support final decisions.
- Prepare and issue letters of commitment for the recruitment of new Financial Advisors and their incentive plans, collecting necessary authorizations and coordinating with Commercial Planning and Control and with Network Legal Affairs and Litigation for non-standard letters.
- Manage the formalization of interim/closing verifications of incentive plans for incoming Financial Advisors, liaising with Commercial Planning and Control to ensure data correctness.
- Manage the formalization of the deferred premio for Financial Advisors.

Requisiti

- Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in using Excel.
- Knowledge of the Office suite (Word, PowerPoint) – nice to have.
- Propensity for teamwork.
- Ability to create engaging visual and textual content, in compliance with Brand guidelines.
- Problem Solving.
- Excellent organizational skills and autonomy in work.
- Excellent relational skills.
