Support to members of the Legal Affairs Department in the activities of: - Drafting and reviewing contracts relating to company activity, with particular focus on licensing agreements, audiovisual productions, co-marketing and service contracts;
- Drafting and reviewing legal correspondence relating to the contracts indicated above;
- Drafting and revision of minutes relating to the meetings of the The Walt Disney Company Italia and corporate bodies;
- Legal research and in-depth analysis of various legal issues; general legal advice to corporate functions;
- Keeping of the legal and corporate archives.
