ppIn this role you will organize, plan, and execute production activities in your area, guiding Production Facilitators to maximize efficiency while upholding quality, safety, and delivery targets. You will collaborate with Plant Management and cross-functional teams to sustain production continuity and achieve business objectives. You'll drive continuous improvement through Lean and CI initiatives and contribute to performance reviews with Senior Leadership.
