We are looking for a skilled bProcess or Mechanical Engineer /b with 4–5 years of experience, focused on process design, piping layout, and industrial machinery dimensioning. /p pThis is a hybrid, full-time role concerning the complete development process of industrial fluids, piping, and machinery lines—from concept to commissioning—delivering innovative and high-performing solutions. /p h3Your challenge? Here’s some details: /h3 h3Activities /h3 ul liAnalyze Define Requirements: Understand and analyze complex technical specifications and process requirements from clients /li liPID Development: Define, design, and optimize Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (PID) and schema /li liFeasibility Testing: Conduct feasibility studies, define validation test plans, and monitor execution. /li liMachine Dimensioning: Calculate, size, and select industrial machines, pumps, valves and associated process equipment /li liMechanical Machine and Schematics Design: Apply mechanical engineering principles to support the integration and design of industrial machiner, detailed piping layouts, routing, and fluid distribution schematics /li liCommissioning Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support during the installation, mechanical completion, and commissioning phases. /li liMultidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely within a dynamic team alongside mechanical, electrical, automation and safety engineers /li liMentorship Growth: Act as a technical reference point to foster the knowledge base of junior engineers,



with the long-term goal of growing into a team leadership role /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pThe ideal candidate is a proactive engineer with 4 to 5 years of solid experience in industrial process engineering, fluid dynamics, or mechanical system integration. You possess a strong balance between theoretical calculation (dimensioning) and practical design (PIDs and piping), with a deep understanding of how mechanical machinery operates within a larger industrial plant. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liEducation: Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering /li liProcess Design Proficiency: Good experience creating PIDs, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and instrument specification sheets /li liDimensioning Expertise: Proven capability in sizing process equipment (pumps, vessels, piping networks, control valves, conveyors, handlers) and fluid dynamics calculations /li liCAD/Piping Software: Proficiency with industrial 2D/3D CAD software and piping design tools /li liMechanical Knowledge: Solid understanding of mechanical machine design principles and component selectionSoft Skills: Proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong desire to collaborate with a dynamic team in a demanding market /li liMobility: Available for occasional travel to visit customers and support on-site commissioning /li liLanguages: Good English, both spoken and written /li /ul pThe Gross Annual Salary (RAL) for this position typically ranges between € 30.000 and € 45.000.
