Experteer Overview In this role you will provide expert-level support for diagnostic hardware, focusing on immuno systems. You will engage with customers across Europe, balancing remote and on-site help to ensure equipment performance and satisfaction. You’ll continuously learn the product line and contribute to service efficiency improvements. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role within a patient-focused diagnostics mission.

Responsibilities





- Operate as a technical expert supporting diagnostic hardware and related peripherals
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist local engineers through virtual or on-site visits
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and document common issues and resolutions
- Contribute to service efficiency improvements and cost reduction opportunities

Qualifications

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of technical support experience with hardware systems in diagnostics or medical devices
- Strong understanding of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic hardware
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
