We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our client's team . As a seasoned leader in the technology field, the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing methods and processes for the Technical Product Management team , applying advanced skills to construct industry-leading products , and contributing to technology projects and processes.

The Technical Product

Owner will work closely with cross-functional teams, including analytics , design/user experience , engineering , and user enablement, to direct the development of products and features that meet customer needs and business objectives ? Key Responsibilities

Shape the squad vision and roadmap, and steer the squad in delivering products and features that drive business impact

Shape and prioritize the backlog, utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs, and translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria

Balance business value with technical feasibility, while prioritizing stories and features, optimizing cost, and improving delivery efficiency

Act as the "voice of the customer" within the squad, ensuring that the squad builds the right thing Plan resourcing for the squad, create requests, interview, select, and onboard new members to join the squad Accountable for shaping and hitting squad OKRs





Work closely with Product/Platform Manager to establish the products' business value and support messaging, communications, and customer outreach as necessary

Ensure products and features meet relevant security, privacy, and compliance standards Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle Drive engagement with third parties to support delivery of squad objectives

Drive selection of solution options, work with the Lead Engineer to assess technical elements of the solution prior to user testing Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and demos with stakeholders ✅ Job Requirements

7+ years of relevant work experience in a technical product management role Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Management

Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology, and supporting industry principles

Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision by leveraging expertise in product development, engineering, and UX Deep understanding of business/processes and high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery

Experienced in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team-level metrics, attending product team ceremonies, and removing blockers Experienced in developing systems and tools to enable customer interactions and collaboration

Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, are required for this role
