Experteer Overview

In this role within the Tractor Service Department, you will support dealers regionally and work under the Italian Service Manager. You drive after‑sales service quality by handling technical inquiries, managing service cases, and coordinating dealer visits. You will also lead and participate in training sessions at our Milan HQ to grow dealer mechanics’ capabilities. This position offers international exposure and a hands‑on role in sustaining service performance and customer satisfaction.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Handle daily technical inquiries from the field and guide dealer service progress via phone, email, or onsite
- Oversee the e‑service ticket lifecycle and technical reporting to ensure proper troubleshooting
- Join customers on site to resolve complex technical issues with dealers

- Conduct regular dealer visits to review service topics and monitor campaign and warranty progress
- Monitor machine registrations and collaborate with dealers on technical training proposals
- Facilitate technical training sessions (virtual and in‑person) and prepare content for Milan headquarters
- Support after‑sales business development and strengthening dealer relationships

Responsabilità

- Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technician (or equivalent)
- After‑sales business knowledge
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- French basics desirable
- Advanced user‑level Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to conduct dealer visits and training across region
