Experteer Overview

In this role you will translate customer needs into compliant insulation and refractory solutions for high-temperature industrial processes. You will work within Promat to support design, testing, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, R&D; and Engineering. You’ll troubleshoot technical inquiries, prepare documentation, and drive continuous improvement across projects. This position offers international scope across Poland, Italy, Spain, France or Belgium and a focus on practical, solution-oriented engineering. You will help shape safer, more efficient industrial solutions while growing your technical leadership in a supportive, development‑oriented culture.

Responsabilità

- Experience in high-temperature insulation, refractories, or industrial furnace applications
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings and customer requirements

- Confident preparing technical calculations, documentation and recommendations
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with customers and internal teams
- Practical, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
