You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect, design, and deploy high-performance applications while driving continuous improvement in our technology stack.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java.
- Implement and integrate NoSQL databases like MongoDB and ElasticSearch.
- Utilize Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA, Hibernate, etc.) to build scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery and high code quality.
- Integrate message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka into backend systems.
- Employ development tools like Eclipse and GIT to manage and version code.
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Document technical processes and support team collaboration.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Java Backend Developer.
- Strong command of Java, NoSQL databases, and key Java frameworks.
- Familiarity with broker systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Hands-on experience with versioning tools and development environments.
- Basic understanding of SQL and exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian.
