Role Description The Real Estate Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan, focused on identifying, evaluating, and securing high-value real estate opportunities aligned with Wayshi Group’s luxury portfolio. This position involves prospecting and sourcing properties, conducting market and financial analysis, and preparing acquisition proposals for internal review and client presentation. The specialist will maintain relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and other key stakeholders to build a strong pipeline of exclusive opportunities. Daily activities include coordinating property visits, supporting due diligence processes, collaborating with legal and finance teams, and ensuring smooth transaction execution. The role also includes providing attentive client service,
presenting investment options clearly, and supporting the development of tailored real estate strategies that match clients’ expectations and long-term goals.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Real Estate and Real Property, with experience in property valuation, market analysis, and acquisition processes.
- Experience in Real Estate Development, including assessing potential projects, understanding regulatory frameworks, and collaborating with developers and technical teams.
- Proven track record in Sales, with the ability to negotiate effectively, close complex transactions, and manage high-end client relationships.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering personalized, discreet, and reliable support to a demanding luxury clientele.
- Knowledge of luxury real estate markets, particularly in Milan and key international hubs, and familiarity with investment and wealth management concepts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Italian and additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred; relevant professional certifications in real estate or investment are a plus.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a client-centric mindset aligned with Wayshi Group’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
