- Nespresso Italy, Milan HQ (Assago)

- Approximately 2-3 years’ experience in Retail roles, such as Project Management, Business Management roles.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel is mandatory)
- Proven data-driven and solution-orientation mindset
- Fluent in Italian & English. **Position Summary** In this role, you will enable our Boutiques to deliver outstanding business results thanks to a strong analytics approach on Boutique performance & collaborating with other departments (demand planning, product management, brand & communication team) in developing the commercialpromotional plans. **A day in the life of Retail Project Manager**: - Be a partner of marketingsupply team in developing promotion plan in order to facilitate the delivery & execution in every single Boutique
- Design & develop a business selling proposition for each offer, involving main stakeholders from Boutiques & Head Office




- Engage Store Managers in deploying a perfect selling execution, in collaboration with Area Managers
- Define tools & reports to track execution for each promotion with the dedicated performance team
- Gather insights & best practices to push promo conversion after launch, to provide a clear point of view to Area Managers
- Support projects dedicated to enhance Customer Experience in our Network
- Provide qualitative post evaluation for each promoactivity (with marketing team)
- Support Area Managers on Area analysis to develop local Business plans & actions
- Provide a weekly overview on BTQ Channel Performance & present it in the weekly Omni sales review. **What will make you successful?**
