**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Get familiar with welcoming guests upon arrival to the SPA in a courteous and prompt manner
- Escort guests through the SPA areas illustrating them the SPA journey, available supplies for guests and facilities, gym equipment and changing areas
- Assist the team in assuring SPA premises and equipment are kept clean at all times keeping the common areas impeccable
- Learn to ensure that guest experience exceed expectations
- Support in SPA guests Reservations
- Learn to deal with guests’ requests and needs in efficient and effective manner
- Ensure a high quality of service to guests and visitors at all times, understanding and anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations
- Be responsible alongside with the team for the cleaning and the tiding up of all SPA areas, especially after guest visits and usage of SPA facilities and services
- Be responsible for the tiding up and the refilling of changing rooms,



lockers, showers, juice bar, gym area, back of house
- Support in recording all treatments details in an accurate way, including guests preferences and relevant medical information, in order to fully manage SPA treatments bookings QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Working computer skills and knowledge
