Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding high-end coffee machines.
- Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the products, emphasizing their features and benefits.




- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain reliable customer records.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer service experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
- Gather customer feedback and propose improvements in service processes.

- Fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a premium or technical product sector.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and love for the coffee culture.
