Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with accuracy and empathy.
- Track customer interactions and document feedback in the CRM system.




- Collaborate with team members to refine processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills.

- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
- Comfortable using CRM software and various communication tools.
- Ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently.
