Key Responsibilities

- Offer exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies with accuracy and professionalism.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system to aid continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with different departments to enhance customer experience and address specific needs.




- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
