Your Role:

- Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, addressing inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Become familiar with client systems in order to provide accurate and timely assistance.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth resolution of customer issues.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to new workflows.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia for this exciting opportunity!
