As part of our client’s expansion, we are currently looking for a:
Maintenance Operators– Railway Sector (M/F)
A field-based position with a strong technical and operational dimension, in an international environment.
Your Missions
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technical wagons (electrical and hydraulic systems)
Supervise operations during field missions
Carry out technical inspections and complete associated documentation
Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure operational continuity
Strictly apply safety protocols and quality standards
Your Profile:
Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in railway,
transport, offshore, or mobile systems
Strong knowledge of electricity and hydraulics
Willingness to travel internationally on long missions (6 to 8 weeks with 1 week off)
Languages: Fluent in Italian and English required (Level A2-B1)
Soft skills: autonomy, reliability, team spirit, and adaptability to field conditions
What’s Offered:
Swiss permanent contract (you can reside in your current country)
Net monthly salary with bonuses: €5,000 – 6,000
International mission allowances and travel benefits
