You’ll play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that support innovation and improve business performance. /p pWorking closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. /p pbLocation: Norwich - with agile working /b /p pbHours: Tempo pieno - 37 hpw Mon-Fri /b /p pbContract: Permanent /b /p h3What You'll be Doing /h3 ul liPlan, manage, and deliver IT and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion /li liDefine project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables /li liCreate clear project documentation, track progress,



and manage risks and issues /li liCollaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather and define requirements /li liProvide regular project updates and reporting to stakeholders /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships across the business and with external partners /li liAct as a central point of contact for IT project activity and change management /li liEnsure all projects comply with company policies, standards, and best practices /li liContinuously identify opportunities to improve project delivery and performance /li /ul h3What You'll Bring /h3 ul liMinimum of 3 years’ experience in project management /li liStrong understanding of project management methodologies and best practice /li liExperience of working in an Agile environment /li liExcellent planning, organisational, and leadership skills /li liProven ability to manage stakeholders across all levels /li liStrong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly /li liUnderstanding of IT security and data protection principles /li liEducated to A-Level standard (or equivalent experience), and/or /li liProfessional Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, Six Sigma) /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liOpportunity to lead high-impact projects across a dynamic organisation /li liExposure to a wide range of business functions and strategic initiatives /li liOngoing professional development in project management and Agile delivery /li liThe chance to influence and improve how projects are delivered /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
