Internship - Junior Investment & Lease Controller

**Main Activities**: - Collecting data from local controlling departments for Investment projects;
- Validation and Evaluation of project based on DCF model;
- Monitoring of Investments projects during their lifetime;
- Maintaining and developing KPI reporting tools;
- Supporting the preparation of Investment Committee with Top management;
- Define the annual lease IFRS16 plan and maintain it. Evaluate lease projects by checking consistency with IFRS16 and identify the opportunity to lease or buy;
- Monthly update on Lease Forecast Bridge and Gap analysis versus the budget;
- Provide update on lease projects in official Investment & Lease committees. **Requirements**: - Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering;
- Proficiency in Italian and English (required);
- Advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint (required);
- Curious and innovative mindset;

- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and organizational capabilities;
- Public speaking skills.
