Supply Planning Manager

We are looking for a Supply Planning Manager, based in our Plant in Passirana Di Rho, to lead IBP/SIOP supply planning activities across EMEA Food product lines . In this role, you will ensure the balance between supply and demand while driving cross-functional collaboration to optimize service levels and business performance.

What you will do

- Lead mid-to-long-term supply planning (3–18 months) based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Collaborate with manufacturing to assess capacity, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
- Define and execute inventory and planning strategies to optimize cost, service, and output
- Ensure alignment between short-term production schedules and mid-term supply plans
- Analyze supply chain performance and drive improvements through KPI monitoring and root cause analysis




- Conduct advanced supply chain analysis (scenario planning, risk mitigation, financial optimization)
- Support global supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Your profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain (Master’s preferred)
- Solid experience in supply planning within an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and advanced planning tools (IBP, APO, S/4HANA)
- proven ability to analyze data and drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) is a plus
- Experience with Lean, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies
