ppAs we continue to grow, we are seeking a Sr. Specialist, Finance Solution Expert – Accounting to join our Global IT Core Applications team, based in Bologna or Milan, Italy. /p h3Scope of the role: /h3 pThe role supports the evolution of Alfasigma’s SAP S/4HANA Finance, Accounting, and Treasury landscape, connecting business needs with scalable digital solutions. You will work closely with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, IT teams, and external partners to improve financial processes, strengthen reporting, closing, cash management, and treasury capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making across an international environment. /p h3Your role: /h3 ul liDrive continuous improvement of Accounting, Finance, and Treasury processes through SAP S/4HANA solutions. /li liContribute to SAP FI and Treasury enhancements, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, bank accounting, tax, intercompany, period-end closing, cash management, payments, bank connectivity, liquidity planning, and financial reporting. /li liTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and practical system solutions. /li liSupport integration with other SAP areas such as CO, MM, SD, Treasury, Group Reporting, and related finance applications, ensuring consistent end-to-end finance processes. /li liContribute to SAP transformation initiatives, rollouts, upgrades, testing, go-live, and hypercare activities. /li liSupport incidents, service requests, change requests, and user adoption initiatives. /li liPromote process standardization, knowledge sharing, and SAP best practices across business and IT teams. /li /ul h3Why this role matters: /h3 pYou will help Accounting, Finance, and Treasury teams work more efficiently, improve closing, reporting, payment, and cash management processes, and leverage SAP S/4HANA to support Alfasigma’s growth and transformation journey.

in accordance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity requirements /p h3Profile description: /h3 h3Who are you: /h3 pYou are a curious, proactive professional with a passion for Accounting, Treasury processes, SAP technologies, and continuous improvement. You enjoy solving business challenges and translating them into effective system solutions. /p ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. /li li4-5 years of experience with SAP Finance and Accounting solutions, preferably in SAP S/4HANA. /li liGood knowledge of SAP FI processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, tax, period-end closing, and financial reporting. /li liFamiliarity with Treasury processes such as cash management, liquidity planning, payments, bank statement management, bank reconciliations, and bank connectivity is appreciated. /li liUnderstanding of SAP integration with CO, MM, SD, Treasury, Group Reporting, and related finance processes. /li liExperience in requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, user support, and system improvements. /li liKnowledge of SAP Fiori, e-invoicing, bank connectivity, payment automation, or finance/treasury automation solutions is a plus. /li liStrong analytical mindset, collaboration skills, ownership, learning agility, and customer orientation. /li /ul pWe offer: /p pbAt Alfasigma, we foster a culture where the courage to innovate is key to our success. /b We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and extensive opportunities for professional growth and development.
