In this role, you report to the Regional CFO and lead a dedicated team within Mobility EMEA Finance, acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing and Aftermarket. You own topline performance, pricing strategy, product profitability, and the financial oversight of new product launches, supporting decision-making across the business. You will drive growth initiatives, manage cash flow with the collections team, and oversee comprehensive commercial reporting. This position offers a meaningful chance to shape profitability and investment decisions in a multinational manufacturing setting.

Monitor accounts receivable and collaborate with collections to ensure cash management
Lead preparation and approval of customer quotations to align with profitability targets
Drive capex approval process for growth initiatives
Maintain and enhance commercial controlling reporting (volumes, profitability, pricing, product mix)
Oversee sales, margin, and pricing performance across monthly closing, forecasting, and strategic planning
Responsabilità

Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance Controlling xlwpduy within large multinational manufacturing environments
Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
Strong integrity and business judgment
Proven leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams
High flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
Strong interpersonal and strategic thinking with solid planning and execution capabilities
