You will also create the infrastructure that sustains adoption—peer learning communities, role-based learning paths and assets, a governed knowledge base, and an AI champions network to scale support and reduce ongoing demand on help channels. /ph3Your Impact /h3h3You Will /h3ulliDevelop or procure trainings based on AI change and communications plan, working with providers as needed /liliCreate and moderate collaboration spaces for peer learning and support. /liliSchedule and deliver training as determined by the overall change enablement plan /liliDeliver targeted, in-the-flow enablement for priority user groups (sessions, office hours, roadshows). /liliMaintain office hours /liliCreate and publish how-to guides, FAQs, and quick-reference assets. /liliDesign and maintain role-based learning paths, self-paced modules, instructor-led materials, job aids, and labs. /liliOwn the knowledge base as the single source of truth, including taxonomy,



templates, standards, and content lifecycle. /liliRun the AI champions network and facilitate community rhythms (office hours, demos, prompt clinics). /liliRun train-the-trainer programs and optimize content findability to drive adoption and reduce support demand. /li /ulh3You Bring /h3h3The Skills That Set You Apart /h3ulliLearning enablement design experience: building or procuring training, partnering with vendors/providers, and aligning content to a broader change and communications plan. /liliInstructional design capability: creating role-based learning paths, self-paced modules, instructor-led materials, job aids, labs, and quick-reference assets. /liliFacilitation and delivery strength: running live sessions, office hours, roadshows, and train-the-trainer programs for varied audiences. /liliCommunity building moderation: creating and moderating peer-learning collaboration spaces and maintaining strong engagement rhythms. /liliKnowledge management expertise: owning a knowledge base as a “single source of truth,” including taxonomy, templates/standards, governance, and content lifecycle management. /liliAdoption and support optimization mindset: improving content findability and designing scalable support models that reduce ongoing help-channel demand. /liliProgram coordination/operations: scheduling, coordinating multiple enablement motions, and keeping delivery consistent with the overall plan. /liliAI literacy (practical level): enough understanding of AI tools/use cases to produce credible how-to guidance, facilitate demos/prompt clinics, and support champions. /liliCommunication skills: clear, audience-appropriate writing for FAQs, guides, and enablement assets; confident verbal communication to lead groups.



/li /ulh3Compensation Benefits /h3pWSP is committed to pay transparency. The annual gross salary range for this position is €55,000 - €62,000. The final offer will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, qualifications and relevant expertise.
