ppIn this role, you will be a highly hands‑on contributor responsible for executing RapidFort’s digital marketing, state‑of‑art account‑based marketing, webinars, nurture, and demand generation programs across channels. Working directly with the Head of Demand Generation and leveraging messaging and content created by the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a key role in launching campaigns, managing day‑to‑day execution, and driving measurable results. /p pThis is an execution‑first role where success is defined by your ability to build, launch, optimize and scale campaigns that generate pipeline. You will also contribute insights and recommendations to improve performance and inform strategy over time. /p pResponsibilities: /p ul liArchitect, design, create, and implement/execute a state‑of‑the‑art Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and program /li liGenerate personalized nurture programs (emails, social media, calls, etc.) and sequences for inbound MQLs /li liHands‑on Account‑Based Marketing Outbound campaign specialist /li liCreate a curated targets for individuals within specific target accounts /li liAlways‑on Campaigns /li liGenerate personalized nurture programs (emails, social media, etc.) and sequences for outbound leads /li liMarketing engine /li liDevelop program for nurturing and touching cold leads, stalled opportunities, nurture stage, and cold opportunities /li liBDR content, emails, scripts, snippets, and call strategies /li liEnable BDRs to know all of the content was downloaded, watched, selected, or viewed /li liDevelop lead scoring strategy for CRM (HubSpot) /li liMatching ICP to buyer persona /li liRepurposing, rewriting, and retargeting content /li liKnowledge of ICPs and buyers inside and out /li liResponsible for all outbound sequences, timing, etc. /li liLead webinar programs and initiatives (securing presenters, writing abstracts, collaborating on presentations, leading dry runs, moderating webinars) /li liPotential to assist with and lead inbound marketing initiatives /li liHigh growth opportunity /li liTechnical knowledge of Google TAG manager, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads /li liEmail segmentations based on ICP, buyer persona, geographic /li liTargeting for targeted regions EMEA, US, APAC, etc. /li liTargeting for vertical industries (financial services, AI, healthcare, public sector, etc.) /li liTranslate product marketing content into campaign assets (ads, emails, landing pages, social posts) /li liSupport execution of account‑based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting key accounts and personas /li /ul pCross‑Functional Collaboration /p ul liWork closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to execute integrated campaigns /li liEnsure campaigns align with product messaging, launches, and positioning /li liSupport webinars, events, and partner campaigns to maximize lead generation /li /ul pRequirements /p ul li2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution (B2B tech preferred) /li liExperience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) /li liStrong execution skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously /li liWorking knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, Excel/Sheets) /li liUnderstanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills /li liAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, execution‑driven environment /li liBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field /li /ul pPreferred Qualifications:
