ph3Job Purpose /h3 pThe Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day information flow that keeps manufacturing operations on schedule. They track work order status, communicate schedule changes, coordinate between departments, and handle administrative and logistics work that supports production supervisors and planners. The role bridges production floor operations and support functions, making them the operational nerve center of a manufacturing environment. /p pThe Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day information flow that keeps manufacturing operations on schedule. They track work order status, communicate schedule changes, coordinate between departments, and handle administrative and logistics work that supports production supervisors and planners. The role bridges production floor operations and support functions, making them the operational nerve center of a manufacturing environment. /p h3Job Duties And Responsibilities /h3 ul liDaily matching the required level of production to the existing resources, finalizing the actual production schedule to assure the required shipments; /li liEnsure regular liaison with production, material planning and logistics team to maintain effective supply and reconcile any production /materials issues regarding production line schedules; /li liAnalyze and elevate any significant delivery issues to manager, so the plant production plan is not interrupted. Resolve production capacity issues by prioritized scheduling; /li liMonitor Inventory and visit the plant warehouse and/or production floor regularly to ensure no stock outs.
Use internal reports to support changes to parameters in the replenishment system, making sure the system creates orders on time and in the correct amount to cover the plant production plan through the next planned delivery. /li liManage a rolling plan of inventory by matching it with effective and forecast sales; manage company tools for inventory management. /li liMaintaining material supply to meet dynamic customer schedules with minimal exposure to changes. Internationally sourced material and international customers significantly complicate this challenge. /li /ul pCommunicating schedule changes to affected departments and following up on action items from the morning meeting. /p pManaging material coordination, checking with the warehouse on staging status, flagging shortages to the planner, and escalating material problems. /p pManage inventory roll-forward plan in relation production plans and sale forecast. /p h3Education And Qualifications /h3 ul liMaterial Planning Control System; /li liLean Production Methods; /li liPDCA Cycle; /li liExperience in production planning preferred; /li liERP (Ax Dynamics preferred) and Office 365 (advanced Excel preferred) /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liDynamic, quick thinking and flexible; /li liTeam Work; /li liGoal Driven Attitude; /li liAttitude to problem solving, even in stressful situations; /li liEnglish, fluently written and spoken (minimum required B1); /li liStrong influencing and negotiation skills; /li liInterpersonal and communications skills and suppliers relations; /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pAnnual salary gross band 35.000 - 48.000€ /p pCanteen /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
