ppAs Senior Corporate Attorney, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor to enable growth while managing risk in our software business across Europe. You will partner with Sales, Product and Finance to negotiate, draft, and finalize complex commercial contracts and ensure regulatory compliance. You will streamline contracting processes, provide practical legal guidance on deal structures, and support MA due diligence and other strategic transactions. This role offers exposure to high-volume cross-border agreements in a fast-growing tech environment, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact. /pullidynamic team of experts /liliopportunity to influence a large customer base /liliDraft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts including SaaS, software licenses, MSAs, professional services, and NDAs across US and international markets. /liliAdvise the global Sales team with practical guidance on contract terms, deal structures, and standard positions. /liliEnsure compliance with applicable contract law, export control, privacy, and data protection regulations. /liliIdentify and advise on contractual risk and exposure (indemnification, liability, IP ownership, data privacy).



/liliConduct legal research on multi-jurisdictional issues and evolving regulatory requirements affecting global sales. /liliMaintain and improve standard templates, playbooks, and fallback positions for global sales consistency. /liliSupport vendor onboarding, employment matters, MA due diligence related to commercial review, and other strategic transactions as needed. /liliManage internal matter databases for organization, follow-up, and record retention. /liliQualified lawyer with 6-10 years of relevant experience /liliExperience in-house or at a top-tier law firm advising software companies /liliExperience negotiating SaaS, licensing, and enterprise software agreements /liliFamiliarity with cross-border corporate structuring and multi-jurisdictional compliance /liliExcellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills /liliFluency in English; additional European languages preferred /li /ulpAs Senior Corporate Attorney, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor to enable growth while managing risk in our software business across… /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
