ppbCompany Description /b /ppLuigi Fragola Architects is a luxury interior design and architecture studio based in Florence, delivering projects worldwide across hospitality, high-end residential, and private developments. The studio specializes in timeless, bespoke interiors for hotels, resorts, and luxury residences, uniting architectural vision with refined material research and an understanding of contemporary luxury living. Working with international hotel brands, real estate developers, and private clients, the team creates distinctive spaces that enhance identity, guest experience, and long-term value. From concept to completion, the multidisciplinary studio provides fully integrated design solutions across interior architecture, FFE, and creative direction for projects in Florence and around the globe. /ppbRole Description /b /ppAs the studio has grown - in team size and in the scale of its international projects - internal processes have not kept pace. There is currently no one dedicated to internal organization on an ongoing basis: we're looking for the first person to take this on. /ppThe Operations Project Manager will be a full-time, hybrid role based in Florence, with flexibility to work from home part of the week. This is not primarily a project-coordination role - it's a role to design and build the operational system that makes excellent project delivery possible, and to run it day to day. /ppFirst, and foundationally: internal organization /pulliDesign and implement the studio's internal structure - roles, workflows, procedures,



and shared standards /liliImplement and manage a single operating platform (currently Notion) that becomes the studio's daily system for knowledge, planning, and reporting /liliCoordinate and onboard external collaborators (freelancers, consultants, partners), ensuring alignment with internal team standards /liliMonitor and continuously improve process efficiency, so the studio runs on solid, predictable systems — not just on individual effort /li /ulpThen, as a natural consequence: projects and clients /pulliPlan and monitor project timelines using the system you've built /liliCoordinate professionals, consultants, and partners on projects, including internationally /liliEnsure deadlines and priorities are met /liliManage technical and administrative project documentation /liliWork daily alongside studio leadership and the design team /li /ulpbQualifications /b /pulliMinimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing internal organization and business processes — not just managing systems someone else built /liliAt least one comparable experience in an organization of similar size and culture (small studio, startup, or creative firm) /liliDemonstrated experience in operations management,



including process optimization and resource planning /liliProven program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives /liliStrong analytical skills to assess process and project performance and support decision-making /liliHands‑on familiarity with tools such as Notion, Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp — no development skills required, but the ability to design an effective workflow and drive team adoption /liliExperience coordinating and managing external collaborators /liliExcellent organizational skills, precision, and methodical approach /liliComfortable working across multiple fronts in a dynamic environment /liliFluency in English, written and spoken, is essential — you'll work daily with international clients and professionals /liliBackground in architecture, interior design, real estate development, or a related field is a plus /li /ulpbWhat we offer /b /pulli12-month fixed-term contract, with genuine potential for permanent placement /liliSalary range €45,000–52,000 gross/year (CCNL Studi Professionali), based on experience /liliDirect access to studio leadership, with real autonomy and responsibility from day one /liliInvolvement in national and international projects, alongside the build of the studio's organizational system /liliA stimulating, creative, highly qualified work environment /liliReal career growth path within the studio /liliConsultancy-based profiles also considered, on a renewable annual mandate /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
