You will play a pivotal role in assisting customers with their inquiries while providing comprehensive support in Italian.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding energy services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Provide detailed information about energy plans, pricing options, and sustainability initiatives.
- Assist customers with account setup, service modifications, and troubleshooting issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates in the energy sector to provide relevant assistance.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively with patience.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries in a remote setting.
