About the Role:
Join our clients sales team as an Italian-speaking Inside Sales Representative! Handle inbound customer inquiries, promote tailored solutions, and contribute to sales growth while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

- Italian C2 (native/near-native) + English B2+

- Previous sales or customer service experience a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work on-site in Athens

Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound calls and customer inquiries

- Understand needs & offer appropriate solutions

- Ensure high customer satisfaction

- Meet/exceed sales performance targets





- Collaborate with team and management
