Overview

Moncler is currently looking for a Store Operations Manager to join the teams in its Milan Galleria store.

The Store Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational support activities and processes to ensure they are executed efficiently and on time. The role involves leading the team to meet and exceed objectives, supporting the sales team to maximize store performance, managing and maintaining store assets, and ensuring compliance with all store procedures.

Your Impact

As the operational backbone of the boutique, you will contribute to a seamless and high-quality client experience by ensuring a dynamic, organized environment where every detail matters.

Deliver exceptional after-sales service by managing returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, while turning each interaction into an opportunity for client loyalty and additional sales.

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize results and ensure operational excellence.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and guarantee smooth, compliant day-to-day operational management.

Implement and continuously improve operational processes to maintain efficient and streamlined workflows.

Oversee stock replenishment, inventory tracking, and supply management to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing shortages and overstock situations.

Manage the Back of House by coordinating shipments, overseeing stock management, and maintaining a clean, safe, and functional workspace. Strategically position products to maximize efficiency, support sales, and enhance the client experience.

Organize and coordinate team efforts,



clearly assigning responsibilities and ensuring objectives are achieved through a collaborative approach.

Ensure all equipment and IT tools essential to boutique performance are functioning properly.

Qualifications

Successful initial experience in a managerial role, ideally within structured luxury or retail organizations. International experience is considered a plus.

Degree or specialization in retail management, financial operations, after-sales service, and customer relationship management is appreciated.

Strong expertise in inventory management.

Team leadership, recruitment, and talent development capabilities.

Fluent in the local language and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Strong digital mindset, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and proven experience using payment and inventory management systems.

Motivated to grow and develop within the organization.

Compensation & Benefits

Employment under the CCNL Tessile collective agreement.

Gross annual salary range: €47,000–€57,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.

Performance-Based Annual Incentive (MBO) aligned with individual and business objectives.

Meal vouchers of €10 per worked day.
