**Let's make the world more Purple!** As an **Innovation Consultant Intern**, you will have the chance to see first-hand **Innovation management**, **Business Design**, **Corporate Entrepreneurship & Strategy**, and **Emerging technology adoption **and get your feet wet working with clients belonging to different industries. **Your Duties & Responsibilities**:
Working alongside senior colleagues, you will have the responsibility of: - supporting the analysis and definition of the technological innovation strategies through road mapping and scouting
- collaborating in design activities, focused on Design thinking and lean startup methodologies, open innovation, and corporate venture capital
- contributing to the design and delivery of training activities and workshops to clients on topics **Education & Experience**: - Degree in Management/Engineering (Industrial, Energy, and Mechanical), Business and Economics
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Excel (nice to have: - Power BI, SPSS, Tableau)
- Project management skills
- Italian language required **Desired soft skills**: - Team working
- Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, startups and B2B SaaS technology
- Self-motivation, organization, and willingness to go the extra mile
- Interpersonal relationship skills
- Excellent ability to speak in public and manage the interactions with other stakeholders (team members, clients ) **Location**: Milan with flexible work arrangements
