The purpose of this role is to assist and support the Management Executive team, and the office organization with various tasks. This role has the following areas of focus: - Calendar management of appointments, meetings and rooms
- Travel booking for business trip
- Office event organization (booking, location, supply of catering equipment, etc.)
- Translations of documents from English to Italian and vice versa
- Support in creating PowerPoint presentations
- Use of business templates for corporate reports (Word format, PPT )
- Liaise with other departments such as Facilities, Finance, etc. for service coordination purpose **Requirements**: - Fluency in both Italian and English
- Previous experience in this role is preferred
- Pro-active, solution-oriented and structured working style, versatile collaboration
- Confident handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
