You will work directly in the operating room supporting both traditional joint replacement procedures and robotic‑assisted surgery using the Mako Robotic‑Arm Assisted Surgery System platform, enabling surgeons to deliver more precise, personalised and consistent outcomes for patients. /p pYou will play a critical role in accelerating the adoption of robotic‑assisted surgery across Southern Italy, with a strong focus on building clinical confidence, driving procedural excellence, and supporting the expansion of a next‑generation surgical ecosystem. /p pbJoint Replacement Portfolio /b: /p pbMako /b: Mako SmartRobotics Overview | Stryker (note: link is /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liProvide on‑site clinical support in the operating room for both conventional and robotic‑assisted joint replacement procedures using the Mako system /li liAct as a key clinical expert during robotic‑enabled procedures, ensuring smooth workflow and surgeon confidence /li liDeliver hands‑on training to surgeons, theatre staff, and wider hospital teams /li liSupport adoption and expansion of robotic surgery programs across your territory /li liBuild strong,



trusted relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders /li liPartner closely with Sales and Regional Management to execute territory strategy across Southern Italy /li liSupport product evaluations, clinical trials, and robotic demonstrations in theatre /li liOrganise and deliver workshops, cadaver labs, and structured training programs /li liManage consignment stock and theatre inventory with precision and accountability /li liIdentify customer needs and contribute to identifying new growth opportunities /li liMaintain structured territory planning (daily, weekly, monthly execution discipline) /li /ul h3Minimum Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical, or technical field /li li2+ years of experience in healthcare /li liExperience in orthopaedics strongly preferred /li liFluent Italian (C2) and strong English (minimum B2) /li liHigh willingness to travel extensively across Southern Italy, including overnights /li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liExposure to orthopaedic implants or joint replacement procedures /li liExperience in operating room environments (scrub‑side or support roles) /li liFamiliarity with robotic‑assisted surgery or digital OR technologies (strong advantage) /li liExperience in regulated environments (e.g., tenders, procurement processes)
